ISO Class 5 cleanrooms have 100,000 or fewer particles 0.1 um in size, 23700 or fewer particles 0.2 um in size, 10200 or fewer particles 0.3 um in size, 3520 or fewer particles 0.5 um in size, 832 or fewer particles 1 micron in size, and 29 or fewer particles 5 microns in size per single foot of air.
